1.Product Introduction
The function ofComposite bipolar plate (also known as diaphragm) is to provide gas flow channel, prevent the collusion betweenhydrogen and oxygen in the battery gas chamber, and establish a current path between the Cathode and anode in series. On the premise of maintaining a certain mechanical strength and good gas resistance, the thickness of Composite bipolar plate should be as thin as possible to reduce the conduction resistance to current and heat.Product parameters of bipolar plate produced by standard die.

The flexible contact between the electrolyte diaphragm and the Composite bipolar plate outside the effective area of the electrode can effectively prevent the gas from leaking out, which is the so-called "wet seal". In order to reduce the corrosion of molten carbonate on stainless steel at the "wet seal" position, the Composite bipolar plate frame needs to be "aluminized" for protection
